Education

Education is a key component of the NAHUC mission. The NAHUC Education Board is responsible for identifying educational needs. The NAHUC Education develops, implements and monitors:

  • Health Unit Coordinator entry-level educational competencies.
  • Opportunities to earn contact hours through the NAHUC Lending Library, Coordinator and Web Quizzes, Workshops and other methods.
  • The process for Institutional Providership.
  • Resources for Health Unit Coordinator Educators.
